Hanging Gardens / Olfactory Art Exhibition

Installation   /   Light   /   Projection

In a colabotation with olfactory studio Hortus Apertus.
Garden is not a creation of nature, it is born as a result of spiritual, creative and aesthetical relationship between human beings and the nature.
How important are the smells of gardens and living space for humans? Does smell affect ONLY emotions and memories? On the basis of historical, anthropological and olfactory research material, personal experience and memories, the artists described different scents by using odour descriptors and redesigned them, authoring new creations. Among the exhibits are imaginations of the oldest historical gardens and explications of the scents of artificial, isolated and miniature gardens.
